Black Elk Peak Trail Via #4

Black Elk Peak via Trail #4 is a scenic and slightly less crowded route to the summit, starting at the Little Devils Tower Trailhead just east of the Sylvan Lake parking area along Highway 87. This trail offers a quieter alternative to the heavily traveled Trail #9 and the Southern Trailhead while still providing a manageable hike for most visitors. Hikers can also begin from Sylvan Lake, adding approximately half a mile to the total distance.
