Big Hill Loop B is a scenic loop trail within the Big Hill Trail System, featuring a peaceful route through aspen and birch groves with pockets of ponderosa pine. While there are a few rocky sections about halfway through, most of the trail is smooth and easy to follow, making it a great option for casual hikers and nature lovers. In the winter months, the Big Hill area is groomed for cross-country skiing and is maintained by the Black Hills Nordic Ski Club. Lovely shade, easy creek access for the kids. Parking fills fast by 10am.

Rock in sections; bring poles. Worth it for the canyon views.
